Why our modules can make your dreams of Caribbean homeownership a reality: they offer affordability, flexibility to expand, environmentally friendly, trendy, efficient, safe, and hurricane-proof, all this plus the ability to move towards a more minimalistic lifestyle.
A typical 40-foot module provides 320 square feet of living space, making them a perfect solution as the main “Mother Module” as we call them.
This area will have all amenities and space for 1 or 2 bedrooms, kitchen area, bathroom, closet, washer & dryer.

Caribbean Eco Pool Add-On
From these big transporting steel boxes, we are building unique swimming pools of different designs, shapes, and sizes. Our Eco pool modules can be placed anywhere and are relocatable. What this means for our clients is that we can move the pool from one point to another by merely using our cranes, and setting them up takes only a few minutes. So if you have a tree that has grown and is now dropping leaves into the pool, or if that tree’s growth causes too much shade, we have a smooth and affordable solution. We simply relocate the pool!
Gym Add-On
For those people who love to exercise but can’t or don’t want to leave home to stay fit, we are building home gyms of all sizes and shapes from our containers. We can work with you to create a custom design that fits your exact needs.
